Under The Fading Light [Myridian]

Yesterday was more of a relaxing day. After the last few, my muscles, feet, and toes have been screaming at me. I had a nice lunch outside in the lovely weather, and tried to have a conversation with an elderly Austrian gentleman - he had virtually no English and I have very little German, so it was an interesting talk. Then I took a swan paddle boat out on the lake. A two person paddle boat with one person paddling was harder than I thought.

Swan boat!

Lovely weather

A beautiful, old castle

Gorgeous mountains

Idyllic scenery

I think the Five Fingers mountain is just to the left of my cap

Picturesque

Just beautiful
Hallstatt as seen from the lake
These ladies were amazing! I don't know what the one on
the right was playing, but it was awesome!

European spider - looks pretty cool

I had my last tea with that fantastic view.

From my window - I used one of those swans!

From where I had tea

Looking towards the village

Hallstatt lit up

Picturesque in twilight

Hallstatt lit up even more

Beautiful houses

I left Hallstatt this morning, a sad but necessary task. I found four Americans also headed from Hallstatt to Munich and stuck with them until I arrived.

Goodbye!

Munich seems so uninteresting compared to where else I've been. I'll see if there's anything to pique my interest tomorrow.

Oh, I tried another beer tonight.

 A white ale - I didn't like this one
